Swipe the item in the item list and choose Duplicate. The entry screen opens with the original values filled in — change the numbers and save. This is meant for going from "Rice 150 g" to "Rice 200 g".
Your records and your weight and body fat entries. The items you created stay. They take real effort to recreate.
Tap Language in the app's settings and the iOS Settings app opens. Choose the language there. The app deliberately has no language picker of its own, so it can never disagree with your device setting.
